During your consultation with Marlene, the entire process of your custom-made piece will be discussed. Together, you will refine the design and go through all the details to create your unique piece. Additionally, your measurements will be checked and discussed to ensure a perfect fit.
What if I need further adjustments after receiving the final piece?
We offer one complimentary alteration to perfect your garment after delivery. Our goal is for every piece to fit flawlessly and meet your highest expectations.
Why is a prototype created before the final piece is finished?
A prototype allows us to perfect the fit and design before we create your final garment. You will have the opportunity to try it on and request adjustments to ensure that everything is exactly as you envisioned.
How long does the process take?
From the time of the consultation, the process for an Exclusive design—from prototype to the final piece—typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. For couture designs, completion can take between 4 to 8 weeks to ensure perfection in every detail.
Can I also have a completely new design made to my own specifications?
Yes, absolutely. If you have your own vision, we will develop your design together from scratch. In the very first consultation, we will discuss your inspiration and work out all the details together—from the choice of material to the cut and silhouette. This way, we co-create your ideal design, perfectly tailored to you.
