Terms & Conditions – Made-to-Order
Last updated: November 12, 2025
1. Scope
These terms apply to made-to-measure garments (Couture & Classic Pieces). There is currently no online checkout.
2. Enquiry, Offer & Contract
(1) You submit an enquiry and, if needed, book a fitting. (2) The contract is concluded in writing once you accept our order confirmation (e.g., via email), which details the final design, your measurements, and the total price. (3) Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon order confirmation; the balance is due before delivery/collection.
3. No Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Instead, we offer our Alterations Policy (see Section 5).
4. Production & Shipping
(1) Lead time: approx. 6–8 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of deposit. (2) EU Shipping: Shipping within the EU is free & insured. (3) Worldwide Shipping (non-EU): Shipping fees are quoted in the final offer and added to the website price. (4) Customs & Duties: For non-EU deliveries, we ship DAP (Incoterms® 2020). This means the recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
5. Alterations Policy
(1) Measured by us / our app: If we are at fault (e.g., measuring error), alteration rounds are unlimited until fixed. (2) Customer-provided measurements: Includes one (1) free fine-tuning round. This covers minor fit adjustments (e.g., hem length, small width corrections), but no design or material changes. (3) Deadline: Please register alteration requests via email within 30 days of delivery. (4) Shipping for alterations:
- EU: We share the cost. You cover the return to us, we cover the shipment back to you.
- Non-EU: You bear all shipping and customs costs. We grant a €25 credit as a gesture of goodwill.
6. Prices, VAT, Retention of Title
(1) Prices are in EUR. Under the small business scheme (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown. (2) Title remains with us until full payment.
7. Warranty & Liability
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of a defect, the customer's primary remedy is repair. (2) Our liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
8. Law & Venue
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection of your home country remains unaffected. The venue for B2B transactions is Berlin.
