Right of Withdrawal

No Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Products

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

This applies to all our Couture & Classic Pieces, as they are individually crafted to your measurements and preferences.

Alterations Policy as Alternative

Instead of a right of withdrawal, we offer our Alterations Policy:

Measured by us / our app

If we are at fault (e.g., measuring error), alteration rounds are unlimited until fixed.

Customer-provided measurements

Includes one (1) free fine-tuning round. This covers minor fit adjustments (e.g., hem length, small width corrections), but no design or material changes.

Deadline

Please register alteration requests via email within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping for alterations

• EU: We share the cost. You cover the return to us, we cover the shipment back to you.
• Non-EU: You bear all shipping and customs costs. We grant a €25 credit as a gesture of goodwill.
