1. Scope & Contract
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases from our online store, operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these T&Cs in their current version at the time of purchase. Deviating conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing by us.
2. Products & Pricing
• Custom (Made-to-Order) Garments: Produced according to your personal measurements.
• Artworks: Original pieces or limited prints.
All prices include VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price at the time of your order is binding.
3. Ordering & Payment
1. Order Process: Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, review order details, then finalize purchase.
2. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (via Stripe), Klarna (invoice, instant bank transfer), Apple Pay/Google Pay, etc.
3. Contract Conclusion: A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and you receive our email confirmation.
4. Delivery & Lead Times
• Custom Garments require production time before shipment. Estimated lead times are shown on the product pages.
• Standard Products typically ship within [1–2] business days after payment.
• Artworks may be produced on demand, which can slightly extend dispatch times.

5. Return Policy & Alterations
• Custom (Made-to-Order) Items: No standard return/refund (legal exception for personalized goods). Instead, we offer free alterations if the fit is not correct—contact us within 14 days of receipt.
• Artworks:14-day right of withdrawal if returned undamaged in original condition.

6. Warranty & Liability
• Statutory Warranty (EU): 2 years from delivery for material or manufacturing defects. If defective, we will repair or replace at no cost.
• Liability: We assume full liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or resulting in personal injury. For minor negligence, we are liable only if essential contractual duties are breached and only for foreseeable damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Contracts are governed by the laws of Germany or your applicable country. The EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration.
8. Final Provisions
Invalidity of any clause does not affect the remaining provisions. We may update these T&Cs as needed; the latest version is always available on our site.
