2. Shipping Costs & Times

• Germany: €4.90, free over €150, ~2–4 business days.

• EU: €9.90, free over €300, ~3–7 business days.

• International: €19.90, free over €500, ~7–14 business days (customs may cause delays).

Custom or made-to-order items require extra production time (see product pages). You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

3. Returns & Withdrawal

• Custom (Made-to-Order) Garments: No standard return/refund (legal exception for personalized goods). Instead, we offer free alterations if the fit isn’t right—contact us within 14 days.

• Artworks:

• Non-commissioned original/limited prints: 14-day right of withdrawal if in original condition. Return shipping cost is yours; we refund upon inspection.

• Commissioned pieces: Excluded from returns.

• Standard Products: 14-day withdrawal period, return shipping typically at your expense unless we provide a prepaid label.
